Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Grease the molds for the muffins. (twenty)
With an electric mixer , mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add the yogurt, banana, oil, milk and vanilla and beat for 10 minutes.
In another bowl whisk the egg whites with the sugar until they are about to snow.
Add the mixture of the whites to the dough and beat until it is a uniform mixture.
Fill 3/4 each muffin pan with the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Remove from the oven and unmold and let cool before serving.
