It is a very easy and simple recipe to prepare and you do not need so many ingredients, with the amount of ingredients that I will give you, you can make 24 servings. I hope you like it a lot.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 bananas, mature
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 100 milliliters milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºC.
Blend all ingredients.
Place the portions in the center of the oven for 15 minutes (if not put in the center you can burn on one side and not cook on the other).
Take out and eat.

TIPS

Two muffins and a glass of milk, juice or any other healthy drink can be the perfect breakfast to be in shape. We can also add vanilla essence to it.
