Prepare this recipe for mango gelatin in syrup with a touch of orange and half creamy with condensed milk, cream cheese, natural yogurt, with a spectacular decoration with fresh mango. It is a delicious dessert, easy to make and not only is it ideal for finishing any meal, but it can also be perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for the water jelly
  • 2 cups mango in syrup, for the water jelly
  • 1 cup syrup, mango, for water gelatin
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated with water and melted
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for milk jelly
  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, for milk jelly
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for milk jelly
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, for milk jelly
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated with milk and melted
  • 1 cup mango, diced, for garnish
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate


Blend all the ingredients of the water gelatin until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a jelly pan and refrigerate until set.
For the milk gelatin, blend the condensed milk with the Philadelphia® cream cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt and gelatin.
Pour over the gelatin of water and refrigerate until completely set.
Unmold the jelly and decorate with mango cubes and mint leaves.


Decorate with fresh mango cubes.


Always hydrate the gelatin in water so that it works very well.
