Enjoy this beautiful bicolor gelatin, with a creamy flavor of yogurt with blackberry and a grape water based gelatin, which together create the perfect combination to enjoy without any regrets because they do not contain sugar.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light flavor yoghurt blackberry, (25 g)
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light grape flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter Water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • to taste grape, to decorate
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Hydrate the gelatin D'Gari ® light flavor yoghurt in a blackberry flavor in ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes, add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
Pour into a silicon mold, until you reach the middle of the mold. Refrigerate until set.
Empty the contents of the Gelatin D'Gari ® light in the grape flavor in ½ liter of cold water. Let hydrate 5 minutes.
Add ½ liter of very hot water, mix until it dissolves completely. Let cool taking care not that it does not set.
Pour over the blackberry gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, decorate with grapes and mint.

PRESENTATION

On an extended dish, decorated with grapes and mint leaves.

TIPS

The silicon molds give your gelatins a spectacular shine. Place the mold on a board to carry it and avoid the mold deforming.
