Ingredients

9 portions
  • 100 grams almond, filleted
  • 8 walnuts, of Brazil, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups almond butter, sugarfree
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 50 grams almond, milled
  • 1/2 cups grated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoons syrup, of rice malt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 grams bitter chocolate, in pieces
  • to taste sea ​​salt

Preparation

Line a tray with waxed paper. In a frying pan toast the almonds and Brazil nuts.
Melt the butter and add the vanilla and sea salt.
Add the grated coconut, chocolate and cocoa to the nut mixture. Mix well and add the butter.
Place the mixture in the tray with waxed paper distributing it well so that the whole plate has the same thickness.
Cover with film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut the bars and enjoy.

TIPS

The bars will last around 2 days in refrigeration.
