  • 2 pieces of Brie cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of raw sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry
  • 1/2 Cup of blackberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond
  • 1 baguette in slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of dry white wine for the jam
  • 2/3 of Cup of Strawberry jam for the jam

    Preparation

    Prepare your Weber® grill for direct high heat (450 ° - 550 ° F or 232 ° - 287 ° C) and moisten the Weber Cedar Planks in water for 30 minutes prior to roasting.
    In a bowl, add the ingredients of the jam and mix until completely incorporated. Add raspberries and blackberries. Reservation.
