Preparation
Put the grid in the center of the oven. Heat to 350ºF. Grease and flour a rectangular mold as 30 x 20 cm. Put the 120 g of chocolate and butter to melt over low heat. Remove from heat and reserve.
In a bowl beat the eggs and add sugar, beat vigorously. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and salt. Add the sifted flour with the cocoa and 1/2 cup of chopped walnut. Pour the mixture into the mold, distributing it well.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes. Remove from the oven and put to cool in a rack, if there is any part of the brownie that has risen more, we can level by pressing a little with a spatula.
After 20 minutes, put the cajeta on top, spreading it well over the whole surface and refrigerate for 30 minutes. To decorate: melt the bitter chocolate with the teaspoon of cream over a very soft fire and when it melts, put it in a Zip lock sachet, we close it, we cut a little corner so that it serves us as duya and with this we decorate it on the cajeta, making a thin strips, then sprinkle the chopped nut.
Cut into cubes and serve cold or at room temperature.
