Ingredients

20 portions
  • 300 grams flour, 0000 sieved
  • 200 grams lard
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • lemon zest, (1/2 lemon)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
