Ingredients

20 portions
  • 180 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 cups Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 227 grams Great Value® Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® Powder Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 10 candies, of crushed mint

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease and flour a baking tray.
For the cookies, whisk the butter with the sugar in the blender. Add the egg and vanilla and continue beating.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add little by little at low speed to the butter mixture. Beat until incorporate.
Remove the dough and wrap in non-stick plastic and refrigerate 20 minutes. Spread and cut the cookies with the help of a circular cutter.
Place the cookies in the tray and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Take out and cool.
For cheese bitumen, add cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Decorate the cookies with the bitumen and chopped mint candy.
