In a baking dish, pour the milk with the cinnamon and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes, then remove. Pour the cajeta (or dulce de leche) into the milk and mix until dissolved, add one egg at a time and beat until fully integrated, then bake in the microwave for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the power of the microwave), checking it every 5 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
