Ingredients

50 servings
  • 1 box of box of chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups of Chocolate frosting
  • 300 grams of bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams of White chocolate

    Preparation

    Start by preparing the chocolate cake according to the instructions in the box. Once it is ready it allows it to cool.
    Prepare two trays to bake cookies with waxed paper.
    In a food processor, grind the chocolate cake until you get a chocolate cake flour.
    Pour the chocolate cake into a bowl and mix with the chocolate bitumen. Mix well until it forms a moist and manageable mass.
    Make 50 balls with your hands with the dough and place in the trays. Chill the balls in the freezer 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until they are hard and firm.
    Melt the semi-bitter chocolate in a pot in a bain-marie.
    Dip the cake balls in the chocolate and place on the waxed paper. Place the paddle stick.
    Put the cake pops in the freezer for 10 more minutes so that the chocolate hardens and while melting the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
    Remove the pallets from the freezer and with the help of a toothpick, make the edges of the American balloon to each cake pop.
    Cool again 10 minutes to harden the chocolate and go!
