50 portions
  • 1 box box of chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups vanilla frosting
  • 300 grams White chocolate
  • 400 grams fondant, White
  • artificial food coloring, of colors

Preparation

Prepare the chocolate cake according to the instructions in the box. Once it is ready, allow it to cool.
In a food processor, grind the chocolate cake until you get a chocolate cake flour.
Pour the chocolate cake in a bowl and mix with the vanilla bitumen. Mix well until it forms a moist and manageable mass.
Make balls with your hands with the dough and place them in trays with waxed paper. Chill the balls in the freezer 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until they are hard and firm.
Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie.
Dip the cake balls in the chocolate and place on the waxed paper, put it back in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens.
Divide the fondant in different colors and the stick of the cake pops give the shape of the tee (the golf stick where the ball goes).
Then with the help of a roller, stretch the white fondant well and cover the balls, make small pickets to make it into the shape of a golf ball.
