Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour; 1 cup whole-wheat flour; 1/2 cups pancake mix, whole grain; 100 grams almonds; 1 cup buttermilk; 3/4 cups vegetable oil; 4 eggs; 1 cup raw sugar; 4 tablespoons icing sugar; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger; 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder; 1 pinch salt; 1/2 tablespoons baking soda; 2 tablespoons baking powder; 100 grams cranberries; 1 bag colorful button-shaped chocolates; 1/4 cups shredded coconut; green food coloring; 1 star fruit; 1 pomegranate; 1 stick cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a large bowl, sift the rice flour, whole grain flour, and pancake mix, add the pinch of salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and baking powder. With a food processor, grind the almonds for about 2 minutes until they form a flour and incorporate it into the dry ingredients.
