Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 120 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 60 grams dark chocolate, 70% cocoa

Preparation

In a large bowl, with a mixer or with a blender, mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan and a bain-marie, melt the chocolate.
Add the chocolate to the sugar mixture and beat for 5 more minutes until the frosting is fluffy.

TIPS

This frosting recipe makes about 2 cups.
