Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 130 grams flour
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream, to decorate
  • 1/2 cans dulce de leche (caramel), to decorate
  • chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

Preparation

Grease and flour a cake mold.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put the butter in a bain-marie until it softens and add the can of dulce de leche, remove from the bain-marie and beat by hand with a balloon whisk until well blended.
Apart beat the yolks with eggs and sugar and mix well with balloon whisk.
Gradually add the egg to the mixture of dulce de leche and butter and mix with a balloon whisk by hand until you finish adding the eggs.
Add the flour with a colander in three parts and mix until you finish with all the flour.
Put all the mixture in the cake pan and bake at 180 ° c for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes, unmold and let cool completely.
For the decoration, beat the cream with a blender to form peaks and add the dulce de leche and continue beating until we have a creamy consistency.
Cover the cake with the bitumen and decorate with chocolate granillo.

PRESENTATION

ÑAMÑAM Tiene una pinta espectacular pero tengo una duda y esque no se cuanta mantequilla le tengo que añadir.Si me pudieseis resolver esta duda me gustaria mucho hacerlo ;)

si, queda muy esponjoso, no necesita polvo de hornear, solo sigue paso a paso el procedimiento y te quedará super rico!
