Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 kilo whole wheat flour
  • 12 eggs
  • 6 teaspoons liquid vanilla, and cinnamon powder
  • 4 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • 6 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Pour the flour into a mold immediately for all the liquid ingredients.
Little by little, you start adding all the other ingredients. Grease the molds, preheat the oven to 230ºC and then lower to 180ºC.
