Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease and flour the baking dish. Set aside. In a mixer, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt, and powdered sugar. While mixing, add the milk, natural yogurt, and the eggs one by one until integrated. Finally, incorporate the carrot and the walnut, and mix lightly for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
