This carrot cake is a family recipe in which Christmas can not fail because it is different, it has a touch of ginger and is covered with a delicious cheese bitumen.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the oil, sugar and eggs first. Beat for 2 min.
Add the dry ingredients, flour, royal, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Shake.
Finally add the 2 cups of grated carrot.
Place in a previously greased and floured mold.
Bitumen: soften the butter and Philadelphia cheese, then add the vanilla and finally the icing sugar, beat until the ingredients are incorporated and reserve to decorate.
