Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Apple sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 20 cookies, vanilla (for the base)
  • 1/2 cups butter, for the base
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 45 grams cream cheese, low in fat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 on Splenda
  • 1 on unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, for decoration
  • 2 Red apples, chopped into cubes

Preparation

To prepare the base, pour the cookies and the third cup of butter into a bowl.
In a short glass place some of the mixture of the base and press with a spoon to compact. Repeat the step with 3 other glasses to have the proper portions.
To prepare the filling pour into your blender the applesauce, milk, cream cheese, water, vanilla extract, cinnamon and Splenda sachet. Add the envelope of grenetine per liter to make a thicker texture. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for an hour to achieve firmness. Before serving, place the apple cubes in a pan with the 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter and sauté. Once ready, decorate the glasses with the cubes.
