Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of Maria cookie
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 5 packages of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of condensed milk
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted
  • 2 cups of blackberry
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon cut in half moons, to decorate
  • enough of blackberry to decorate
  • enough of refined sugar to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl, crush the cookies, add the melted butter and mix well. Pour into a cake pan, press to form a base and refrigerate.
    For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, add the lemon juice, the vanilla, add the condensed milk little by little and the melted unflavored gelatin in a slow stream.
    Pour the filling over the cookie crust base, and smooth the surface with a spatula. Refrigerate until set.
    For the blackberry jam, in a pot cook the blackberries with sugar and lemon juice for 20 minutes or until the fruit falls apart and you get a marmalade consistency. Chill
    With a pastry bag, pour the whipped cream on the edge of the cheesecake, pour the blackberry jam in the center, decorate with the lemons and the blackberries covered in sugar, refrigerate until serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with whipped cream, lemons and blackberries sprinkled with sugar in the center.

    TIPS

    If your cheesecake mixture sets before you see it; You can heat the mixture slightly in the microwave until the lumps are disappear and pour it over the cookie crust, refrigerate.
