Place the cookies in a bag, and using a rolling pin, crush until you obtain a fine powder. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the butter and colorful sprinkles. Place in a 23 cm diameter cake base and use a spatula to press down to compact. For the cheesecake, cream the cream cheese, add the heavy cream, the condensed milk, and beat for 5 minutes, then add the vanilla essence and the gelatin. Divide the mixture into 4 parts, coloring each mixture a different color. Using a spoon, slowly add the mixtures alternating the colors until the mold is filled. Refrigerate until set. Unmold the cheesecake and decorate with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles.
