Ingredients: 2 cups cinnamon cookies, crushed; 1 cup butter, melted; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, in medium cubes; 1/2 cups icing sugar; 2 cups whipping cream; 1 tablespoon lime juice; 1 1/2 cups McCormick® Strawberry Jam; 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated; cinnamon cookies, crushed, for decorating; McCormick® Strawberry Jam, for decorating; strawberries, quartered, for decorating

In a bowl, mix the cookies, butter, and vanilla until well combined. Place the mixture in a round mold with acetate. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar, and when there are no lumps, add the whipping cream and mix until you achieve a homogeneous consistency. Then, add the lemon juice, McCormick® strawberry jam, and the gelatin and mix very well.

Pour the mixture into the dish with the cookies and refrigerate for 2 hours.
