Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 packages cream cheese, smoothing
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs, big
  • 1/4 cups flour, for all use
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 container sour cream
  • fruits, to decorate

Preparation

For the base: Mix the crumbs of graham crackers, butter and sugar in a small bowl. In a non-oiled 9-inch removable springform mold, press the mixture at the bottom and an inch high on the sides.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
For the cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese and the condensed milk in a large bowl. Add eggs, flour, juice and lemon zest. Pour on the base of cookies.
Bake for 50 minutes. Take out of the oven; spread the sour cream.
Bake for 10 minutes until the edge is solid but the center moves slightly. It cools completely in a wire rack. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Decorate with fruit cover.

duda Dice que se hornea el relleno y luego se le vierte la crema agria, otra vez hay que hornear??? Me hice bolas gracias
