Tree Shaped Cheesecake

The cheesecake will always be the richest dessert you can prepare for your family, these original and fun Christmas trees of Cheescake based on cream cheese with chocolate balls, covered in dark chocolate decorated with lots of Christmas will be the sensation.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup butter, cast for the base
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa, for the base
  • 2 cups vanilla cookie, ground for the base
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1/4 cups walnut, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup refined sugar, for the cheesecake
  • 3 cream cheeses, for the cheesecake (190g each)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla, for the cheesecake
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip, white, for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u hydrated and melted, for Cheesecake)
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, cast, to cover
  • chocolate, green and red, melted to garnish
  • sprinkles, green and red, melted to garnish

Preparation

For the base, in a bowl mix the ingredients until you get a dough, place the cookie base in a mold, refrigerate for 20 minutes, reserve.
For the cheescake, beat the whipping cream with the sugar, the cream cheese, the vanilla, add the white chocolate chips and the vanilla essence, add the gelatin in the form of a thread and beat until integrated.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold on the cookie base and freeze until set. Remove from freezing, cut the cheesecake into equal triangles and insert the popsicle sticks into the base.
Place the popsicles on a wire rack and cover with melted chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies, decorate with the green chocolate and the red and colored grains.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the trees in the shape of a Christmas tree, place a bow on the popsicle stick, enjoy.

TIPS

Temper the gelatin before pouring it into a string with a little of the Cheescake mixture.
