For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one at a time, the milk, the vanilla extract, add the sifted dry ingredients, and finally the melted chocolate, beat until you achieve a consistent mixture. Pour into 3 cake pans of 20 cm in diameter and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool, and unmold. For the topping, in a bowl mix the melted chocolate with the heavy cream and set aside.
