Chocolate Cake with Orange, Plum and Red Wine

It is a delicious cake to share on your birthday, with the family and on a special occasion. You will love it, since it is prepared with chocolate, orange, plum and red wine. An irresistible combination.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo margarine
  • 1 kilo wheat flour
  • 24 eggs
  • 680 grams sugar
  • 225 grams raisin
  • 225 grams prune
  • 1/2 bottles Red wine
  • 225 grams almond
  • 10 grams baking soda
  • 6 oranges

Preparation

Add the margarine and sugar, then add the eggs and the sifted flour little by little. Continue beating and finally add the raisins, plums and almonds with the wine.
Apart you have to grate the oranges and squeeze the juice, which is added the dough along with the grated.
Grease and flour the mold in the mold of the cake and take it to the oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 280 degrees C.
After baking the cake, take it out, in a container in a bain-marie place the chocolate and melt it, bring the chocolate to the cake, then with a spatula spread the chocolate throughout the cake and decorate it as you want, that is to your liking.
