Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups butter, soft
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 250 grams bitter chocolate, for the glaze
  • 6 tablespoons butter, for the glaze
  • 6 tablespoons Water, for the glaze
  • enough apricot jam

Preparation

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir at low speed with the blender .
Add milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with a mixer at low speed, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed, add egg and beat 2 more minutes. Put in a round mold of 22 cms. (8 in) in diameter, greased and floured.
Bake at 350ºF for 30 or 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool completely.
To make the glaze: melt chocolate and butter over low heat, remove from the heat and add the confetioner's sugar and hot water always stirring. If it is necessary to add more water to have the consistency of glaze
Glaze the cake and let it drain from the sides to cover it completely

TIPS

You can also cut the cake in half and place apricot jam in between the halves

Super buena la receta lo hice al pie de la letra lo unico fue que lo hice sin bicarbonato y sin el glaseado pero muy buena la receta ☆☆☆☆☆

Yo lo hice como dice la receta y quedó muy rico, solo le eché menos azúcar y listo, Muy buena receta.

Si se sigue al pie de la letra queda muy delicioso, yo lo hice y que quedó súper lindo, así que solo haz lo de la receta y te va a salir,no te guíes por malos comentarios.

Si lees esto aveces los comentarios no son ciertos no te fíes de lo que te dice el internet te lo dice una niña de 12 años quedo riquísimo le puse menos de azúcar de lo que desia súper rico le encanto a mi mamá
