Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups butter, soft
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 250 grams bitter chocolate, for the glaze
  • 6 tablespoons butter, for the glaze
  • 6 tablespoons Water, for the glaze
  • enough apricot jam

Preparation

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir at low speed with the blender .
Add milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with a mixer at low speed, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed, add egg and beat 2 more minutes. Put in a round mold of 22 cms. (8 in) in diameter, greased and floured.
Bake at 350ºF for 30 or 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool completely.
To make the glaze: melt chocolate and butter over low heat, remove from the heat and add the confetioner's sugar and hot water always stirring. If it is necessary to add more water to have the consistency of glaze
Glaze the cake and let it drain from the sides to cover it completely

TIPS

You can also cut the cake in half and place apricot jam in between the halves

Muy buena receta, nada complicada, solo le puse media taza de azúcar menos de lo que dice la receta. Quedó muy rico, mi familia lo disfrutó mucho.

Lo estoy preparando y apenas leí los comentarios, muchos son malos y me asusta un poco que no me quede. Solo le puse 3/4 de taza de aceite y todo lo demás igual. Esperemos quede bien. Por favor pongan sus tíos a las que le quedó bien, hoy es mi primera vez que hago un panque

La receta está terrible, quedo todo líquido y encima mancho todo mi horno. No merece una sola estrella.

Quedó riquísimo, solo que en lugar de mantequilla le puse aceite y le puse media taza menos de azúcar, ya que leí algunos comentarios de que quedaba muy dulce.... Quedó súper rico!!! Mis hijos que son pequeños lo disfrutaron mucho.
