Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and the cinnamon and transfer to a pot with the sugar.
Beat the eggs and milk with the salt and transfer to the pot with the flour and sugar, working quickly with a spoon until the lumps disappear.
Add the butter and pour the mixture into a rectangular or circular mold previously greased with greaseproof and floured, bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
