First of all, we can prepare the topping. We mix the three ingredients in a bowl and set it aside. To prepare the cake, we put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. We beat until we have a creamy and fluffy mixture. We add the melted butter, yoghurt, flour mixed with baking powder, salt, and instant coffee. We continue beating until all the ingredients are well combined. We pour the preparation into a ring mold, in this case, lined with parchment paper and greased. On top, we spread the topping until it covers the entire surface. We place it in the preheated oven at 180º C for about 30 minutes. Let it cool on a rack and serve warm with a good cup of steaming coffee.
