There is nothing tastier than a delicious homemade corn bread, this Mexican recipe is very simple to make and we assure you that it will be delicious. Perfect to take as a dessert to a meal or to share with your family.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 50 grams San Juan® Egg White
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 150 grams ear corn, shelled
  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 60 milliliters condensed milk
  • 50 grams flour
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 20 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

Place the sugar with the corn, milk and banana in a blender and grind. Reserve.
Cream the butter, add the condensed and whole milk, add the San Juan® Egg Claras, the preparation of the ground corn kernels and finally gradually add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder.
Place in the desired mold with saucers, fill ¾ parts of the mixture and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until when inserting a knife and it comes out clean and lightly browned. Let it cool.
Unmold and decorate with chocolate cream, blueberries, figs and a melon sprout, finally accompany with eggnog.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate with figs and blackberries.

TIPS

Accompany with ice cream.
