Preparation
Add the butter to the sugar and add the yolks one by one.
Sift dry ingredients and alternate with milk, vanilla and walnut to the mixture.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat and mix in an enveloping way.
Pour into two greased and floured molds and bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until firm.
Boil the 2 cups of water with 3/4 cup sugar, the cinnamon until a light syrup and out of the fire add 2 teaspoons of coffee and cool.
On a plate put a layer of bread and bathe with syrup on this put a part of the cream chantilly mixed with 2 teaspoons of water with 2 teaspoons of coffee.
To place the other bread and also to bathe it with the syrup, to cover with chantilly cream of coffee and to decorate it with nuts and granillo.
