To make the filling, place 2 cups of strawberries in a bowl. Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. If you prefer it sweeter, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons of sugar. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the fresh cream, whipping cream, vanilla, and remaining granulated sugar (2 tablespoons).
