  • 2 cups cake flour, for the blueberry pie
  • 1 on McCormick® Jelly, Blueberry flavor with edible sparkles for blueberry pie
  • 2 eggs, for the blueberry pie
  • 1/2 cups yogurt, for the blueberry pie
  • 2 tablespoons oil, for the blueberry pie
  • 1 on McCormick® Jelly, Lemon flavor with edible glitter for the lemon cake
  • 2 cups cake flour, for the lemon cake
  • 2 eggs, for the lemon cake

  • enough chantilly cream, to cover the cake

  • 2 cups Water, hot for cover

Preparation

For the red fruit cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with the McCormick® Jello flavor red fruits with edible sparkles, eggs, yogurt and oil. Beat until incorporated, pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the mango cake, mix the cake flour with the McCormick® Gelatin, mango flavor edible shines, eggs, yogurt and oil. Beat until incorporated, pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the blueberry cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with the McCormick® jelly intense blueberry flavor with edible shines, eggs, yogurt and oil, Beat until incorporated, pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the lemon cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with the McCormick® Gelatin lemon flavor with edible sparkles, eggs, yogurt and oil. Beat until incorporated, pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
Place a cake, add whipped cream and repeat the process until you have a tower with the 4 biscuits. Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For the cover, dissolve the McCormick® Cherry Flavored Jelly with edible sparkles in hot water.
Cover the edge of the cake with acetate and pour the cherry-flavored McCormick® Jelly with edible glitter; Refrigerate until set and reserve.

PRESENTATION

In a pastry base, accompanied by coffee.

TIPS
