Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams cake flour, of chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk, or water
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 cup cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Grease and flour the large cake mold and cover the bottom with a cajeta.
Mix the cake flour with the water.
Add the eggs and oil, beat until a homogeneous mixture and reserve.
For the flan, it liquefies milk, eggs and vanilla.
Empty the cake mixture in the mold and pour a little of the flan mixture over it.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil so that it is sealed. Bake in a bain-marie for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, let cool completely, unmold and serve.

TIPS

For better flavor let cool completely.
