In a bowl, mix Huevo San Juan®, sugar, vegetable oil, syrup, and vanilla. Then add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and pumpkin in syrup puree, and mix very well. Transfer the mixture to a previously greased mold with butter and flour. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
