Ingredients

  • 250 grams of rice flour for the bread
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar for the bread
  • 220 grams of Butter for the bread
  • 150 milliliters of milk for the bread
  • 5 pieces of egg for the bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking powder for the bread
  • 2 milliliters of vanilla essence for the bread
  • 100 grams of powder sugar for the glaze
  • 3 pieces of lemon juice for the glaze
  • 50 grams of almond to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees
    Separate the egg whites from the yolks and in the blender add the butter. One by one, they add the egg yolks when they are fully integrated.
    Gradually add sugar and the essence of almonds, taking care that the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the mixture has been well beaten, loosen and add the flour and baking powder alternating with the milk.
    In a large bowl, beat the egg whites at medium speed until they are about to snow and add the previous mixture in an envelope with a shovel.
    Grease a 25 cm diameter mold with butter and flour, or cover with waxed paper and place the mixture by tapping the mold on a hard surface. Flatten to accommodate and air out.
    Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
    Mix the juice of the lemons with the glass sugar, until it has good consistency and cover the bread with the help of a spatula. Decorate to taste with almonds and serve.
