For chocolate lovers this cake recipe with chocolate bitumen is perfect. Try this stuffed sponge cake and covered with delicious and creamy bitumen that will make you love this delicious ingredient even more.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 of Cup of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water hot
  • 2 cups of whipping cream for bitumen
  • 2 3/4 cups of bittersweet chocolate (500 g) chopped, for bitumen

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour two cake molds of 22 cm in diameter.
    Mix the flour, the baking powder, the baking soda, the sugar, the cocoa and the salt and beat in the blender at low speed until incorporated.
    Incorporate milk, oil, eggs one by one and vanilla and hot water and mix until medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour the preparation into the cake molds and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked.
    Remove from the oven and let cool, unmold.
    For the bitumen, heat in a bain-marie or in the microwave the cream to beat and add to the chocolate, mix until integrated and cooled for 15 minutes.
    Beat the mixture of chocolate and cream in the blender with a balloon until it doubles its volume.
    Decorate the cake with the bitumen.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with chocolate bitumen.

    TIPS

    Let the cake cool completely before unmolding, otherwise it will break very easily.

    Excelente receta Les recomiendo mucho esta receta.. Queda delicioso. Yo tome las tres rexome daciones que hacen en el vídeo y de verdad que esta deliciosa. En lugar de agua, le puse café. ( esto no lo dicen en el vídeo, pero alguien lo escribió en los comentarios) al chocolate le puse brandy, envine él oast, y elle puede relleno de nuez con fresa.. De 10 la receta. Mil gracias!
