Preheat the oven to 180°C. For the cake, mix the sugar with the flour, cocoa, Rexal® baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, oil, water, and milk, beat until combined. Pour the previous mixture over a previously floured and greased baking dish, bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and set aside. For the three milks, combine in a bowl evaporated milk with condensed milk, milk, and cocoa. Set aside. Pour a little of the previous mixture over the chocolate sponge, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat until the desired moisture is obtained. For the meringue, beat the egg whites until they double in volume, gradually add the sugar, and beat until you have a shiny meringue. Place the meringue on the cake and use a torch to give it color. Serve accompanied by a cup of coffee.
