Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups milk; 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 1 1/2 cups sugar; 6 San Juan® eggs; 2 tablespoons vanilla essence; 3 cups flour; 3 tablespoons baking powder; 1 cup evaporated milk, for the 3 milks; 1 cup condensed milk, for the 3 milks; 1 cup whole milk, for the 3 milks; 2 ounces brandy, for the 3 milks; whipped cream; canned mangoes, for the filling; walnuts, for the filling; bouquets comestible flowers, for decorating

Blend the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, San Juan® eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and blend for 3 minutes or until you achieve a smooth mixture. Make this mixture twice to obtain two layers of cake. Pour the cake mixture into 2 previously greased and floured baking dishes. Bake the wedding cake at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
