Preparation
We mix the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the milk.
Bring the three milks to boil.
Mix the two tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 milk in a separate bowl.
Mix the cornstarch with the egg.
Add the cornstarch and egg to the mixture of the three milks and let it boil over high heat.
We stir and let thicken.
In a refractory mold we put a layer of Ducales and cover with the mixture.
We put another layer of ducal and then another of the mixture, we continue in succession until the mixture is finished.
Finally we put our last ducal layer and if desired we cover with Chantillly cream.
We take to the refrigerator.
