Delicious cake with nuts wet with condensed milk with walnut filling and covered with milk caramel.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 pounds margarine
  • 6 eggs, separated the clear and the yolk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups walnut, Ground for the dough
  • 1 cup walnut, crushed, to fill
  • 1 pound dulce de leche (caramel), to fill
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tapas amaretto, little
  • 1 pound dulce de leche (caramel), To cover

Preparation

Beat the margarine with the sugar and the yolks until it is creamy.
Add alternating flour together with baking powder and milk.
Add the ground nuts as if they were flour.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate the dough in an enveloping way.
Put the dough in a mold of 30 x 30 cm previously greased and floured.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 ° F or until it pops dry with a knife.
Allow to cool and split the cake in half.
Mix condensed milk with milk and liquor and bathe each layer of the cake.
Mix the crushed nuts and the dulce de leche and fill.
Cover the cake with the dulce de leche.
Decorate to taste according to the occasion.

PRESENTATION

Place garden flowers on the dulce de leche.
