Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 toasted breads
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 100 grams unsalted peanut
  • 200 grams cheese, in cubes
  • 100 grams walnut, in pieces
  • 3 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 45 grams butter
  • to taste coconut
  • to taste Grajea de Colores

Preparation

In a refractory or mud dish, well washed and dried spread butter.
Accommodate a layer of toasted bread.
Add raisins, peanuts, walnut and pieces of cheese on the bread.
Repeat the same operation from the previous step until the toasted bread layer reaches the top.
In a pan add the evaporated milk with the cinnamon slit, heat and when it is almost boiling, add the condensed milk and turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon slit.
Pour the milk mixture little by little over the refractory with bread, going to absorb the mixture until it is well soaked.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed completely and the top layer begins to brown a little.
Take out of the oven, let cool a little and decorate with coconut and grajeas.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a glass of milk or coffee. You can eat hot or cold.

TIPS

The bread can be white and browned in oil instead of toasted or you can use shells. You can substitute condensed milk for sugar.
