Exquisite cold lemon dessert for hot days. In addition to delicious is very easy to prepare and we are sure that it will be the dessert with which everyone will ask for the recipe. Do not let it pass.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 8 lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, in slices
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

In a deep mold put the evaporated milk can and the other can of condensed milk. Beat with the blender at low speed.
After incorporating the juice while you increase the speed of the blender , add the lemon juice in 2 parts until you get a custard-type mixture.
Finally in a refractory put a layer of cookies and a layer of the lemon mixture and so on until filling the mold. Refrigerate 30 minutes and serve decorated with lemon slices.
