Delicious carrot pancake, it is very healthy and low in calories.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups flour, white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º Serin the flours, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and sugar. All in the same bowl.
Add the walnut, honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix with a dry shovel.
Add water and oil. Put the mixer on low speed, mix.
One by one put the eggs.
Add the carrot, integrate well in the mix. Beat at medium speed.
In the baking dish, oiled and with flour, add the mixture with the help of a kitchen shovel.
Cook approx 45 min. at 1 h. It depends on the power of each oven.

PRESENTATION

A slice of bread sprinkle sugar glass.

TIPS

Add less azuar and more honey. You can add grape raisins (raisins). If you do not have brown sugar you can put white sugar.
