Chai tea is a mixture of different species such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger ... and black tea. It can be taken cold or hot with or without milk or cream, in this recipe it is presented as a chai latte.

Preparation
Add the grenetine in a bowl with 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until the grenetine has completely dissolved. Reserve.
Add the powder or concentrate to prepare the chai latte and stir with a balloon whisk until the powder has dissolved.
Heat the evaporated milk, once hot it is added to the preparation of the chai latte and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the grenetina to the previous mixture and stir with the balloon whisk until they have been incorporated.
Pour into individual molds and let cool to put refrigerate until the preparation sets.
At the time of serving it is decorated with whipped cream and cinnamon powder.
