Heat over medium temperature in a medium saucepan the guajillo chili, tamarind concentrate, and water; boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool slightly to room temperature. Blend the chilis for 3 minutes until you get a smooth paste; return this paste to the saucepan and add Domino® Mascabado Sugar, salt, and lime juice, cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved, you should obtain a semi-thick texture; remove from heat.
