Ingredients

8 portions
  • 280 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 150 grams blueberry
  • 115 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams white chocolate chip
  • 115 grams natural yogurt, or blueberry
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 60 grams honey
  • 140 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160ªc-170ªc
Dry mix flour, royal, baking, lemon zest, and sugar.
Add yogurt, cream cheese, and eggs, one by one and without mixing. Add the vanilla, honey and butter.
Mix the blueberries and the chocolate in an enveloping way so that the blueberries do not fall apart, add the milk and mix well.
Fill a sleeve with the mixture, and fill the saucers to 3/4, since when baking they go up.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with melted white chocolate.
