Hydrate the transparent leaf gelatin in the water. Apart crush Maria cookies, add the granulated sugar and melted margarine and mix well until everything is well integrated. Place the biscuit mixture in a cake pan and bake at 180ºC for 25 min to brown lightly. Let stand and refrigerate about 12 min.
Melt the gelatin without boiling and bring to the licadora together with the condensed milk, juice of a lemon and the cream cheese and liquefy well. Pour on the base of already cold cookies and refrigerate again for 1 hour. Serve in portions.
