Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups Marie biscuit
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 450 grams cream cheese
  • 450 grams sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups blueberry

Preparation

Start by making the cake dough: Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a 20 cm circular baking dish with vegetable spray. Cover the outside of the refractory with aluminum foil.
Mix butter, maria cookies, 3 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and salt. Press the dough into the base of the refractory and with your hands go up the sides so that it rises up to 6cm around the refractory, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Now make the filling: Beat the cream cheese in an electric mixer and add the sour cream, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, 2 cup of blueberries and vanilla. Beat well until it is 100% mixed. Pour over the dough in the refractory.
Place the refractory on a roasting tray and add hot water to the roasting tray, this will prevent the cake from drying out.
Bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Remove the cake from the refractory and refrigerate.
Before serving the cake add the remaining cup of blueberries and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the cake of more blueberries and whipped cream your like.

TIPS

If you do not want to put just water in the roaster you can put a refractory with water in a rack under the cake in the oven, this will have the same effect.
