This rich cheesecake recipe does not require an oven because it is frozen. It is delicious decorated with raspberries and accompanied by strawberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of Maria cookie ground
  • 130 grams of unsalted butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 4 packages of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups of condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 3 envelopes of grenetina hydrated (7g each)

    Preparation

    Grease the cake mold with butter.
    For the cake dough, crush the Maria cookies until they are like dust; Melt the butter in the microwave or in a pot and add the cookies. Add two tablespoons of sugar and mix until integrated. Place the previous mixture in the cake pan by pressing to form the base and freeze for 10 minutes.
    For the filling, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth; add condensed milk little by little, lemon juice, vanilla and grenetina until integrated.
    Pour the filling over the biscuit base and flatten the surface with a spatula. Freeze for 2 hours.
    Decorate with raspberries in a circle and refrigerate for half an hour.
    Serve cold

    TIPS

    Since this recipe is not cooked and does not carry eggs or grenetina, it is easy that it does not get hard. Therefore it requires being in the freezer. The other option is to add dissolved grenadine and stir well with the cake mix.
