Grease the cake pan with butter. For the cake crust, crush the Maria cookies until they are like powder; melt the butter in the microwave or in a pot and add the cookies. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until combined. Place the previous mixture into the cake pan, pressing to form the base, and freeze for 10 minutes. For the filling, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth; gradually add the condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and gelatin until combined. Pour the filling over the cookie base and flatten the surface with a spatula. Freeze for 2 hours. Decorate with raspberries in a circle and refrigerate for half an hour. Serve chilled.
